Milestone Xprotect Corporate 2014 Integration with Honeywell GD 264

This is in regard to the Honeywell Galaxy Dimension integrating with Milestone Xprotect Corporate 2014. As per the instructions mentioned in the Integration document, configured all the steps. But when connecting to the Panel from Milestone Xprotect its says " Failed to read configuration from the box". Please advice to sort this issue ASAP.

In my experience the Troubleshooting Guide which is part of the manual is very often leading to resolution of problems. Could you please double check that you used this guidance to the fullest?
