Mobile server doesn't start after the PC reboots.

If we reboot the PC, the mobile service won’t start by itself. We currently have the problem on 6 or 7 installations.

2017, 2018 versions express +

We tried putting the services on delayed start. also the sql serve on delayed start but this doesn’t help.

If we login to the management client and restart all services, the mobile server starts fine.

Any idea what this could be?
