Mobile server goes down when user whants to see more than two cameras. All is allright whit just one camera.
We are using one server for Recording Server and Mobile server services. Phisical memori available is aporx. 40%. all time. CPU usage is aprox. 30 %.
This is an issue which could be caused by a memory leak issue, related to the driver for Intel QuickSync driver, which Milestone use for hardware accelerated transcoding in the Smart Client and Mobile Server. If this is the case, you will need to upgrade/downgrade the driver version.
The memory leak might be caused by an issue in the intel driver: "A memory leak has been observed while using encoding (h264) frames with the latest intel driver (15.40.25.4463). The current beta driver also has the memory leak (15.40.26.4474)
