After I install XProtect VMS product (I tried Corporate and Essentials+), the Mobile Server Manager show a little red cross (x), with this status message:
“A connection error occurred between the Mobile Server Manager and the Mobile Server service.”
It doesn’t change the status when I restart the service with the manager, or with the Windows services manager.
If I check the listening port, the defaults (8081, 8082) is not in use, but the Mobile server is “running” in the service manager. Of course can’t connect with Mobile client to this installation.
How can I solve this problematic status?
