I have the Milestone Professional version +, and I need to do this integration in my network!

Since this is an audio module it might be a good idea to start with the audio samples in the MIP SDK if you want to develop a integration solution.

I need to create alarm profiles to minimize the operation of electric fences, which protect the condominium that I work, I need the monitor can arm them and disarm them directly from the room monitoring and monitor their operation, if everything is ok.
Monitor whether they are turned on or off and send notifications when this happens, so the monitor can generate an action and check what happened.
