Multiple audio data folders

Hi,

In Corporate 7.0a, the Encoder is for video and audio.

In one Recording Server, I noticed that there are many data folders for the audio channels in the Mediadata directory. It seems that every few minutes, a new audio data folder is created. There are a only a few video data folders, for the times the system was turned off and then back on.

In another, similar system, there is only one audio and video data folder.

This is most likely because the encoder is set to use an unsupported audio-codec. If this is the case, you should not be able to play back audio from the encoder either.

The encoder device must use the G.7xx Audio codec only.
