Hi all.

Can I intercept the Smart Client’s right click “Close Alarm” to use my own custom alarms form ?

No, unfortunately there is no ways to hook up to the Close alarm menu command. You can of course implement a plugin to listen in on alarm state changes like demonstrated by the Alarm and Event Viewer sample, but that will not tell you whether it was done from this client or somewhere else.
