My Web Client connects to the Mobile Server to get the live video for a camera. But the video from Mobile server freezes after 150 seconds. If the page is refreshed, the video retrieval restarts but again stops after 150 seconds. This process continues.

Very interesting case indeed.

Could I ask for additional info, please !

In particular:

  • With “My Web Client” you probably refer your version of the Milestone Web Client, but not your own web application written on the base of the MIP SDK Mobile, right ?
  • Does the behavior changes depending if web client is using web-sockets or not ? (Could be changed from Web Client settings)
  • How behave Milestone Mobile clients ? Does the video freezes in them too ?
  • Does this happen on one and only camera, or it happens on all ?
  • How is video in the Smart Client for this camera ?

I’m trying to find out whether if this is issue in Web Client, Mobile server, Recording server or Management server.

I could presume you have your own application.

So another think that could be checked is how behave MIP SDK Mobile Sample app for this camera ?

Does it freezes too after 150 seconds ?
