Need help optimizing AC plugin

I opened a case and they advised me to come here (cases MSC637027 if it can help).

SDK version is 2020 R1

We developped an AC plugin to connect Milestone to Kaba Exos 9300, this plugin works fine in most of our installations but we have a lot of troubles with a few of those. Multiple times in a week we need to restart the event server for the plugin to work again properly.

Moreover we would like to know how to optimize the loading time of the smart client map with this plugin, because it seems to take way too long to display AC objects on our milestone maps.

How can we optimize the plugin and what can be done to avoid having to restart the Event server multiple times a week?

Can you please quantify the comment that AC object take a long time to display? How many AC items are in the map and how long does it take to display the map? Please clarify if this is the older regular Maps or the newer Smart Maps?

Please measure the resources use of the Event Server, mainly memory. I suspect that the plugin is leaking. If my suspicion is true you will see that the resources use of the Event Server will steadily increase until you will have to restart it to have it work.
