Need help with sending the metadata to Xprotect Smart Client

I already done all the configurations on the smart client, mip driver and in management client, on the component software it accept the session, the session counter turn to 1 instead of 0, but on the smart client still does not show the bounding box

I can see you do have an overlay in the Smart Client. I suspect you have plugins running that are not necessary while debugging this issue..

Double-check that you have the correct “Related Metadata” setup in the Management Client.

Often we see that live overlays fail because of a wrong setup of time or time zone. This is less likely if you have everything in the same PC but please check.

Please verify these settings in the Smart Client:

If you make a rule to record the metadata can you see the bounding boxes in playback mode? Please test.
