No devices in MetadataLiveViewer

Hi,

i added two different cameras with a metadata stream via onvif to my corporate test system. In the management client there are both metadata devices marked with a small green “play” icon. I downloaded the MetadataLiveViewer to get a first look at the metadata. The viewer connects to the server and lists both of my metadata groups but no devices in the group.

Any idea what iam doing wrong?

Is the MetadataLiveViewer form the newest MIP SDK or did you find it elsewhere?

It did not work for me either. I replaced the files with new builds made with the newest MIP SDK. They work for me I hope they will work for you.

thanks for the fast response, i downloaded the latest viewer as you suggested. It doesn`t show any devices either. Same Symptoms, the metadata groups are shown in the viewer but no devices.

When i navigate to the recording settings of the metadata in the management client i can see that there are 4,75 KB of recorded Metadata.

I Also tried the Playback viewer. This one is showing the devices and i can select them. So i will try and use this tool. For having a look at the data i think it is fine as well.
