If this is an encoder where the analog camera does not send video it would be expected behavior, so maybe that is where to start troubleshooting; check that the encoder receives video feed..
This is a wild guess, please elaborate on your observations. Where do you observe what? What is the device? What have you already done as troubleshooting?
Please find the details. The system is X protect corporate system Total 25 cameras . all are axis cameras, axis 233d and Axis P1344 All of a sudden the smart client screen got error that all camera fields became black and it shows message “no video input” The SLC detail is attached. Try to power cycle a camera and see if video comes back or try to reset a camera. Try to see if the camera gives video if you connect to it directly using its own web interface.
