This looks like a support issue and you can address our support team for
such kind of things.
Related to the problem, could you please check if all your cameras are correctly assigned to a folder in the Management Client (under Devices menu).
If you still experience the issue could you please provide a screenshot with your camera folder structure.

i’ve only test this solution (i’ve installed trial yasterday) i belive there is no support for a trial version ![]()
but the onvif bridge is a feature i’ve looking for in my setup and it’s the main reason i’ve consider buying the xprotect and this one feature don’t work ![]()

Could you please remove all not camera devices from the folder and try again.
By the way, what steps did you performed to add them there?
