Is it timing out? What error do you see (if any)?
No error received. The last message sent out is “next” request, but didn’t receive response.
The recording is done at remote site only, there is no local duplicate recording for the camera.
There is one important question. If you use the Smart Client (same client PC) to playback the same video, does it work as expected?
Yes, smart client can playback on those cameras connected through Milestone Interconnect.
