PIC Export loses camera names

I used Export sample to export video from camera,

Then I used Media Playback Viewer sample to load those files

As you can see, there are no names visible and microphone and dynamic are shown as cameras, meanwhile using export with BLK database, I can see the names but still there are three different folders, one of them contains camera info, other contains microphone info and the last one contains dynamic info

So my first question is: How do I export or load databases in the way I don’t lose names for PIC?

And the second: How do I load BLK files properly to have audio included?

Thanks in advance for any useful advice

For PIC files, the Audio is stored in the same files as the video. For BLK files, the audio is stored in another folder, having its own “Media, Motion, Recording” sub folders.

You can access these folders in same way as you access the video folders.

As for the names in the Surpro2.ini file - it looks like a ascii/utf-8 issue. I suggest you move to use BLK files for all exports (even if the original video is coming from an Enterprise / Professional server).
