I’ve developed a plugin that creates its own workspace, is there a way to force open that workspace when the Smart Client starts?

Maybe this is not exactly what you want to see but this article might be useful.
Easy test - If you want to see Incident tab first when you start Smart Client.
1, Create .scs file (test.scs) with following;
localhost
WindowsDefault
2, Save the file.
3, Double-click the file and start Smart Client. You will see incident tab.
