Problem getting statuses of cameras from Event Server usn ing MIP SDK

I was using sample application from this link:

but the application is unable to receive statuses from event server. I tried to open URLs to the service from the dev machine:

http://[server_address]:22331/central/mapservice

http://[server_address]:22331/central/statusservice

the service can be opened. The application cannot use VideoOS.Platform.Messaging.Message to retrieve statuses. Also MilestonePSTool cmdlet Get-ItemState returns “Unable to Transmit”.

Did you have the similar problem?

Are you using the latest MIP SDK (2020 R2)?

If not, can you please try it with the latest MIP SDK?
