Problem using Hardware accelerator.

Hello!​

We are developing using MIPSDK, and we are implementing the function of receiving Frame using ‘JPEGLiveSource’ from Milestone server and delivering it to other analysis software. When setting the H / W Accelerator function to ‘AUTO’ and importing 48Chennel images, it was confirmed that the CPU uses 39% but the GPU uses only 6%.

We are Windows Server2016. Windows Server2019 server os confirmed this same problem. The graphics card is an NVIDIA Quadro P4000 model.

Checking your company’s H / W Accelerator Graphics card Support List (https://dqhg7aoeit2za.cloudfront.net/m/533db69e1bdbdecd/original/NVIDIA-Graphics-Card-Support-List.pdf) NVIDIA Quadro P4000 model is a Desktop Product It is confirmed. If the graphics card is used in the server os, may the H / W Accelerator function be unavailable?

Or is there another problem?

Can you please check if the same symptom happens when you use Smart Client, not your integration?
