Problems with the new SmartClient 13.2A

Hello everybody,

Since yesterday we also use the latest version of XProtrect Essentials +. I noticed that the SmartClient does not like to start anymore.

Our system is a Lenovo S20 with the standard hardware. However, with 20 GB of RAM and a second HDD.

If we now start the SmartClient, it freezes completely after about 10 seconds and hangs up the whole server.

I am desperate because with each new version the problem was not solved. Under the old R3, the SmartClient could at least start, so we could set up our camera views. Now it starts up to the surface and nothing happens after that.

Is there a solution for this to get the problem under control?
