PTZ commands stop working until the Mobile Server Service is restarted.

We are working with the Mobile Server Protocol API using javascript. When issuing PTZ commands, it works fine until at some point, when the page is reloaded, it stops working, until the Mobile Server Service is restarted. Any help please?

Is this Mobile Server 2017R1? If not please upgrade.
