After logged in, the LiveMessage was sending to Mobile Server and error 12 was received.

LiveMessage should be send regularly , otherwise connection on server side is closed.
How often it should be send depends on a configuration property that is available in Mobile Server config file (can be found in installation folder).
If you haven’t modified it , it is set to 30 secs by default .
From the attached log , I can see that the difference between the last two LiveMessages is more than 30 secs, so I believe the connection on server side is closed due to the lack of LiveMessage.

Thanks for your analysis, I will investigate how source code works and try to config Mobile Server for timeout to close connection.
