Recoding server is not working showing message , server is stoped

here subject is recording server is down not working its showing message server is stopped, two-days before UPS power was unfortunately UPS was shut down at the same time CCTV server also shut down during the time recording server 1 hard disk is malfunction server is not working, and we are replace the hard disk but as of now server is not working kindly support us remote session and solved the issues.

Sounds like a support issue, not a development issue, try to get help from partners active on the Support Community..

I think you should have your supplier (Milestone partner) open a support case with Milestone Technical Support (if you haven’t already).
