Is there a way where we can use audio in jack of one CCTV camera and connect a mic to it and then use audio out of another camera within the same network for a Live audio transmission ?
I have different brand of cameras on network like Axis, Bosch and Matrix.
Out of the box it doesn’t work that way. I think you can develop an integration that can work that way and relay a microphone from one camera to the speaker of another camera.

One of the beauties of working with Milestone XProtect is that it should not matter which brand the camera is as long as video and two-way audio is supported.
