Remote Access - Milestone XProtect Smart Client

Allowed the following ports to my router:

  • 80
  • 443
  • 7563
  • 22331

Still can’t remotely connect to Milestone from my phone or a remote desktop.

Tried creating a basic account with admins rights, still won’t connect.

Attempting to connect using http://PUBLICIP:2222 <— port 80 redirect.

Have I missed something? I was following this guide:

Referring to the images posted, I had to blank them out as it’s my public IP address.

As this is not related to software development with the MIP SDK, which is the focus of this forum, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
