Resolve Event Log Errors: "unknow state type id 'Unknown'"

How do we stop getting these Windows Event Log Messages caused by our Access Control Plugin?

[_]TO-DO: Boils down to… How do we handle a door that is offline?

When unknown comes in, happy to have gray icon, and no event log message.

PARTIAL-FIX: We got the messages to stop by disabling the readers in the milestone mgmt client.

We know the readers are offline - we are just trying to stop the system from

spamming the windows event log.

NOTE: spelling of “unknow” to “unknown”, and “ignorred” to “ignored”.

Hi David

From reading the logmessages this is most likely an inconsistency in the Access Control Plugin.

The plugin defines a list of possible states - if it reports a state that is not part of this list this is the errormessage you get.
