Hi all,
I’m new in this forum and i need support to use MIPSDK. I’m developing my own player for old export fromat (PIC) and new export format (BULK). I’m following “ExportSample” project in MIPSDK using ImageviewerControl instead of PictureBox+JpegSource.
I’ve no problem with Bulk export without password but, when the export has encryption password, the ImageViewer show me message: “Not connected”. I tried to pass encryption password using CredentialCache and using a lot of other tricks but it doesn’t work.
The second problem is about PIC format. Using ImageViewer the component show me the message “No image found in Database…”. The same export works correctly wth ExportSample project.
Can someone help me?

I believe the issue you describe is in an older MIP SDK but now is fixed.
If you do not use the newest MIP SDK (10.0a) please upgrade.
If already using the newest MIP SDK.. Let us know..
- Do you use the Video File Viewer sample to see the exported video?

Unfortunately I’ve to use 32bit system… Is there a prevoius MIPSDK version’s that resolves my problem?
Is otherwise available a workaroud to bypass the bug?

The MIP SDK 2016 is only 64-bit initially. To use 32-bit you need to download and use the dlls from the 32 bit re-diistrubtable installer.
