Is there a way to shut down camera stream using SDK (Smart Client, C#)?
It is related with privacy. Would like to use it as switch - on/off. If yes, can you provide some code examples?

No, this is not possible. As a possible workaround you could implement a rule that stops the camera by reverting the Start Feed rule. See this thread on the subject: https://developer.milestonesys.com/s/question/0D50O00003fna4XSAQ/changing-cameras-to-onlineoffline-and-more-using-events
If you have such a rule you can control it indirectly by raising an event from your plugin.
