we are integrating Siveillance Video to PSIM Software called C3 Protect. The client is integrating their software through the MIPSDK.
As an overview asides from camera, the Siveillance VMS is integrated with CIAS for Fiber Fence, Southwest for Microwave and Sipass for Access Control.
The concern is that when we query the devices through the interface from Siveillance Video, the devices is not showing or listed individually unlike the cameras. We need a way to use some certain features like rules on the C3 application. Also it is easily for the C3 to show individual device status and control e.g. door opening and closing.
For SIPASS it is showing as “Milestone Event” for all doors. For CIAS it is showing as “Milestone Alarm” for all devices, and for Southwest it is showing both as “Milestone Event” and Milestone Alarm” for all device.
Is there a way we can retrieve data like how the camera are retrieved?
