SmartClient workspace plugin control

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have a SmartClient workspace plugin and we need to control it to be run only once being either inside SmartClient window or drag out to be a separated window.

Where to control and how to control this workspace run?

Please advise if there are any workspace plugin sample related to this control.
