Speaker/Mic Audio Pane

I have been trying to configure a Security Role called “Power User” to allow for more options in the Smart Client. One of those features is turning the ability to hear the microphone and talk through the speaker of the camera. Everything works fine under the “Administratior” role but I have not been able to get this to work under the"Power User". Any suggestions or places to look would be appreciated.

I assume you use an advanced product (Corporate or Expert).

What you need to do is to create a suitable “SmartClient profile” and assign it to the power user role you have created.

Keep in mind that the number of SmartClient profiles is limited in Expert.
