Hello, I am currently using xprotect expert 2021 R1. I have a AXIS T8313 jog dial and a T8312 keypad that AXIS tech support said only works with their system unless a SDK is in place to allow the accessories to talk to the system. Just wondering if this is something known and if there are hotfixes available. Keep in mind the article on the knowledge refers to the sticker on the back of the unit being a "rev 2’ which mine does not say so i can assume it is a Rev 1. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.
