The message "Connecting to..." or "Connection to..." is displayed in XProtect Smart Client with black screen

Today one of the clients decided it doesnt show cam feed. it gives me black screen with a message" connected to server"

everytime i restart the client it shows only one random cam at a time.

i tried restarting the server and tried restarting the client’s computer with no luck.
