The recording service keeps failing to start. It says theservice can not be started. Error the service did not respond to the start or control in a timely fashion.

I’m running the free version of Milestone Xprotect 2017 R2. No idea why the recording server will not start. I’ve tried starting it from Milestone and in windows services..both fail.
