The system log in XProtect Management console displays communication error (hardware) with the original source name and the new source name of the device. The name for each device has been changed over 2 weeks ago. Please advise.

I’ve verified the network for the recorder each camera is conected to and it doesn’t exceed 30% at peek hours, any advice on how to resolve these two issues? Thanks
