Unable to Connect to Milestone Event Server from SDK in Distributed Environment

We have 2 Milestone Environment, 1st environment with All services installed on a Single Server and 2nd Environment which is distributed on 2 Server (1st Server with Management Service and 2nd Server with Event and Recording Service) .

When we use the SDK Sample, We are getting Events from 1st Environment which is installed with all services on Single Environment.

But when we use SDK Sample to get the Events from 2nd Environment which is Distributed, we are not getting the Events.

We have verified the Events service, Management and Recording services are running and we are able to see the services from the “System Monitor” Dashboard as well on Management Client.

Can you please check if StatusViewer sample works and you can see all servers?

Also, can you please test if Smart Client gets events and alarms? If not, I would say it is rather general issue. In this case, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
