Unable to connect Toolkit error.

We have done the integration with Access system , but when we seen video on system we are facing toolkit error.

Please elaborate on what you are using. Which classes do you use when you see the “unable to connect to toolkit” error?

Please explain the setup, what you are doing and what you observe while using and while troubleshooting.

we are using HR View 360 software for access control system & ( Mercury controller ). At the time event generated it was pop-up in access system. But when we look for video in access software it was showing toolkit error. attached image for your reference.

Please verify that you can see video on Smart Client. If you cannot see video on Smart Client, it is rather general issue. In this case, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
