Unable to send view to Main Window with SCViewAndWindowTool sample plugin

I am using SetViewInwindow command to send view to Main window with SCViewAndWindowTool sample plugin from other displays, view is not updating on Smart client main window but view is updating on other display which window has ScViewAndWindowTool plugin.

If I send view to other window displays then it updates the corresponding window.

This tool is working fine with older versions, problem has started when Xprotect Smart Client updated to 2023 R1 & R2.

Please let me know if have any suggestions.
