In the Management Client you can change settings for the motion detection, note that the recommendation is not to use manual sensitivity but leave it at automatic.
Many cameras support video motion detection in the camera itself. So please check your camera on the Supported Devices page, and if VMD (video motion detection) Events are supported try it out.
