Video is exported less time

Hi, I have a problem

I have a server with 50 cameras, in 20 of them when I want to export video in XProtect format, I only export video of 2 minutes or less, the time bar is complete for the time requested but only the first 2 minutes appear with The time bar in red (with movement), the export calculation is 1.6GB and the exported file is only 312MB. It is important to note that this does not happen if I export in AVI format, this way if I record all the requested time

I am not sure I understood the issue. Are you saying that only 2 minutes of video are exported and you would have expected more minutes in such export?

I suggest you create a support ticket (please note that we do support different languages, such as Spanish) and provide us with a screenshot and further information in order so that we can look into detail.
