Video Properties issue

Hi,

In Xprotect Go 2016R2 I am attempting to configure a couple of ONVIF cameras. In the “Video Properties” dialog in the camera settings I am not able to make changes because I keep getting a popup that says “Device Pack” Enter an integer between 0 and 255. Not sure what it is referencing here to change. It will not allow me to make any changes to the properties because this box keeps popping up. I have also tried to install the latest device pack with no help.

This is a known error that has been fixed in a recent Device Pack. Download and install the latest Device Pack from here: https://www.milestonesys.com/support/download-software/?ft=17&fl=27

I installed the latest device pack when I setup the software. I re-downloaded v 8.6 this morning, uninstalled, and re-installed the device pack but still get the error. I tried removing the camera and re-adding - still getting the same error. Device Pack Version
