Viewing and using snapshots

When adding an event via protocol integration you can supply a list of images in the element “SnapshotList”.

  1. How are the snaphosts displayed in Smart Client?
  2. Is it possible to use the snapshots in a notification, for example in an e-mail or SMS?

  1.  You can see snapshots in the Alarm Preview window.

  2.  No, it is not possible to use the snapshots in a notification. At least there is no automated functionality but I guess functionality could be developed using the MIP SDK.
