We appear to have lost 30 days of video on 44 cameras!!!

One of our archives contains folders labelled “D7000262-B312-4F62-8A00-8F4B77C5612C_unrepairable_tables” and i am unable to view a month of video on this recorder. Not good!!! Is there a way to recover this video before i lose my job?

In system monitor the problem archive shows 4.5TB of other data. 0 bytes of Media recordings.

The 4.5 TByte indicate that there is footage.

The 0 Byte recordings (shown in the Management Client, I assume) indicate that something has become inconsistent.

Hurry up and file a support case.
