We are trying to upgrade to the latest 2023 R3 version of the xprotectsdk & library from 2019 R1, a simple replacement of the XPMobileSDK.js & XPMobileSDK.library.js doesn't seem to work and the video doesn't stream on the web browser. We require help.

Can you highlight the major changes between these sdk version which I need to handle inside my project (Niagara). When we try to upgrade our library from 2019R3 to 2023R3 the camera fails to stream. Since we don’t have any issue with the 2019 version some update in the subsequent versions seems to have caused this issue (login functionality seems to have changed from our analysis) . Kindly highlight the change set to the sdks and the modifications we might need to take in our drivers to get the camera streaming and us upgrading to the latest 2023R3 version of the xprotect mobile sdk.

Could you give me more information because I can not guess the error? Check the browser version maybe you tried with an old version of the browser and Could you send me an error message that you received in the browser? Which stream tried to load directly or transcode?
