I am sorry, but I do not understand what you are asking. I can’t say I have heard about neither a Web Api Compression issue nor hotfix. If there is an issue for which a hotfix is needed perhaps you could describe the issue.

This fix resolves the issues for Recording Servers that timeout while retrieving the configuration from the mgmt server during startup.
