Our project has a web base client need to display live / playback video using MIP SDK mobile. The live video is quite good, but sometimes system has video quality issue when display playback video. when the issue is happening, we find the resolution of image returned from mobile server is less than that of requested.
The milestone system version is 2019R2
The mobile server CPU, GPU and memory usage is normal when this issue happen
Normally the requested playback video resolution is 800x600, framerate is 15 fps.
Would you please help to advice any solution to solve the issue? Thanks.
1). In which scenario, mobile server will reduce the resolution?
2). Any setting or configuration can force mobile server provide fixed resolution image?
We have upgraded the Milestone system to version 2021R2, and disabled the feature adaptive streaming. But the image resolution is still very low. Please help to advise. Thanks.

Why did you leave out the interesting part of the screen capture as we cannot see the rules that actually guide the Mobile Server to potentially use lower resolution. We would like to see MAX FPS and MAX image resolution on the right side of the pane.
It says, “Adaptive streaming improves the decoding capability and performance of the computer running XProtect Smart Client. This is useful when you view multiple live video streams in the same view.” You are talking about web client, not Smart Client.
So you might want to configure Resolution and FPS and let’s see how it work.
