Webhook integration with Teams to get Alerts

i would like to receive alerts/events on teams.

i have setup an incoming webhook in teams and copy that URL and create a webhook in Milestone Management client. created a rule to trigger the webhook. But i am not receiving any messages in team in any event.

can anybody help me.
