What could be the reason events and doors do not show up?

On the Doors and associated cameras tab of XProtect Management Client 2021 R1 is showing doors. But on the Access Control tab of Smart Client Doors are not showing also events. What could be the reason? Is it licensing issue?

Please help to fix the issue.

Can you please check if Event Server works correctly? If Event server works fine, please restart Smart Client and click update (please see below) in Access Control tab?
