As our understanding is the Search Plugin integration (MIP SDK) has indicated the prerequisites for users must have the license types of EXPERT or CORPORATE.

Prerequisites
Some familiarity with the MIP SDK, Microsoft Visual Studio and C# is assumed.
To build and run the Search agent sample included in the MIP SDK, you need Visual Studio 2017, 2019, or 2022, and XProtect VMS and MIP SDK release 2019 R2 or later.
For XProtect VMS 2019 R3 or later, support for Search plug-ins requires an XProtect Expert or XProtect Corporate license.
Refer to Sample Search agents for more details about how to locate and build the Search agent sample included in the MIP SDK.
However, we got customer feedback that they have checked with your technical support (Medzhit Yaldaz) for case# MSC1638675 on MIP Search Integration with a different explanation:

For 2019 R3, this was for Expert and Corporate;
For 2022 R3, this looks available for all versions except Essential+.

I’ve downloaded Professional+ and installed our latest Search Plugin. And our Search Plugin works on the version of Professional+.
