We create an event using your XML sample. In demo server we send it to port 9090 and get 200 response.
On the deployed server port 9090 is closed. What port should we send our XML it to? Please advice?
Message we send:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>00000000-0000-0000-0000-0000000000002019-12-04T11:36:23RTLSRTLS Alert Camera Call-up testC-102
10.15.206.22RTLS Alert Camera Call-up testL3 LDRRTLS
We read alarms from the port 23331 but sending to that port returns 404.

This is the most common issue regarding analytics event function, because the default setting is disabled in Management Client. There’s a KB article which explains how to enable analytics event function.
