When Customers install the Hikvision fisheye plug-in ,transact is crashing and stop working.It seems transact is in conflict with Hikvision Fisheye plug in.Have Milestone met such questions,we will provide more details soon if needed.

I have the Hikvision fisheye plug-in and have XProtect Transact, this works for me without flaw.

Please provide more details, make sure to include version information on the Smart Client.
